Generally agree, but my family demands three pedals. The 17 YO currently drives {also gifted by grandpa} a 2011 Mazdaspeed 3, and handles the manual almost as well as his mama and my wife do.

By all indications, my tune is close to spot on, and my mileage, even when driving conservatively, sucks. I'm also around 13 mpg; I primarily attribute this to the parasitic drag of my F1C Procharger.
