Had mine replaced by the dealer and it took them all day to do the job. No problems since. They did a great job at Rodger Dean Chevy which is my local dealer.

Had my 07 done at my local dealer. Took them all day to do the job right. Perfect now. They had to order a parts kit and new headliner.

I sanded them and also had the dealer replace the headliner. Once sanded it did not grab the headlined and sqeeze it in the linkage joint. Thats what causes the tear.

I had the same problem with my 07 at 400 miles. Dealer replaced the balancer but needed a special tool to properly aline the pully and belts. Took an extra few days to get it right. No problems...
