406 binding problems

Ok so today I pulled the heads off the 406 and the cylinders look perfect so I pulled the pan hoping to see something binding it up. Nothing here's the prob I can get the motor to turn completly...

I'm going to be in the market for a C5 real soon. It has to be a 6 spd and I prefer black. but may consider other colors for good price :cheers:
