Actually its happened in the past with other companies. Not to the point of an actual lawsuit going forward. But threatening of one, so something was done to correct the claims by the manufacturer.

Wasn't the new C8 supposed to run a 2.9 0-60? and an easily flat 11 1/4?

I've yet to see a stock C8 come close to that. In fact most trap times are 118-120 which is a far cry off of a flat 11
...

I hate taking the new car hit and I'm not seeing too much of a price break yet on used ones but you guys think by spring that auto 1LTs will be high 40s? Maybe 2LT definitely don't need the 3LT

Direct injection? Better flowing heads? lil more aggressive cam?

Other than the gear ratios and 2 extra gears, does anyone have a link or know the difference between these two trannys?

I was thinking of getting a 2014 but with the 2015 having that shark grey...
