I have a 63 327/300hp and judging manual calls for AC44 plugs. A few years ago I bought AC44TS plugs with the green rings and haven't installed them yet.

Hood Shims on a 63

To get my hood level with the fender surround I have ordered hood shims to go between the hood and the hinges.
Should the shims remain natural finish or should I paint them black?

Although I have the Quanta Chassis Marking Kit I would like to see some actual pictures of all the markings on the front springs, steering, tie rods etc.

Why do 1963 wipers delay before working?

The switch is original 2 speed. When it is turned on it takes about 15 seconds before the wipers start to work.
If they are turned off and then turned back on after about 10 seconds they work right...

The starter is definitely #1108391 and is NOT #1108381 which would be for a ZR1 with M22 transmission.
