Are you testing continuity to ground through the sender circuit with engine running?
Since the sender is simply a variable resistor, ohm reading should fluctuate with rpm.

Sounds like the sending unit is for a light rather than a gauge. Get your ohm meter out and check the output signal from the sender.

Yeah, that's the asking price... I would hope to negotiate it down some. Already easily in C5 territory and for only a few more $$ could probably get a C6.

I like the WS6 version too but the Firehawk is the same basic car that's been toned down slightly... less aggressive hood/scoop and smaller rear spoiler.

Price will be low 20s I'm guessing.

The radiator from my 1973 Corvette, sbc/auto/air with slight damage where I twisted out the drain plug boss from the side tank.
Car ran cool with it even though some damage to the fins on the back...

it worked great and was a vast improvement over the stock 400 turbo.

Not perfect but a pretty decent...

it lacks enough travel to open the throttle lever completely.
