Yea that may be the culprit but fuel pressure would have to be dropping to cause the lean issue if it is related to the pump/bap!

Maybe try another sensor if the wideband is a little old. For the most part sounds like you've checked everything pretty well. Are you logging with a tuning software or just watching afr gauge?

Wire upgrade will help a good bit, give that a shot for a quick and easy fix. If not up to par still I would go dedicated fuel system. Much safer and easier to fine tune!
