yeah thats what i noticed when making mine, and thus i know it'll be rather pricey to mill these. sure a CNC is fairly accurate aslong as the original dimensions are accurate, i'll tell you this...

thats about 16 or 17 mpg

i get about 19-20mpg from the 89 if its a mix of city and hwy. but hwy only i've gotten as high as 30mpg! before i put the car into storage i had a really heavy right foot...

yes i agree, the sound is one major reason i love the ZR-1 compared to my like of the LT-4, boy that things sure otherworldly! as for the maintenance that sounds normal i guess try to get the oil...
