If you can, try to be the one supervising it all and watching for "glitches" (ground straps still on, shims dropping off), etc. I found it helpful going over it with the guys in place a few times...

This thread has gone on WAY longer than I would have thought, so it obviously struck a nerve ... maybe it's just me, but the issue wasn't about quality, price, stock or delivery, it's about courtesy....
