03 passenger window won't go down

Just tried it and I can hear the motor click but it won't move. I've tried both driver and passenter switches and "helping" it down with my hand with the door open. Any ideas?

Yes they do. Also check to make sure they are not damaged on the top left and right tips. I looked at 5 and 4 were damaged (looks like they are pealing off).
