I disconnect the battery all the time and never had codes. But a wheels sensor will certainly give those.

Window index and clock time are lost. Window index hold the window buttons up for a second until you hear a click 2 times and they are reset.

I've never lost any other settings without the battery...

I'll most likely be buying another set in the spring. Seems to be the best option since I'm hesitant to run a drag radial on a street car.

They're also be driven on a wet road.

With car idling in neutral try to listen underneath it and determine source of noise. Reminds me of torque tube bearings but can't give answer by listening to someone else's video.

If rebuilding the torque tube consider replacing the clutch as well. The replacement cost is mostly labor and having the torque tube out it's right there.

That is typical failing battery or bad connections described above behavior.
