Newer mini starter on 350?

I just got a starter off of a 97 Chevy truck Vortec 5.7L. It is the little mini starter. Looks as if it bolts on exactly the same as the old 2 ton unit. Think I am going to try to put it on my 78....

According to that it is has cast heads and 2 bolt mains.
Anybody take a guess as to a price for this set-up?

I have this pair of fiberglass T-tops for a 78-82. There is no hardware or interior panels on the tops (I took it off and used it on a set for my car). They do have the rods that the latch attaches...
