It looks like it's just on the outside of the door gasket/foam, so I'll take a look back through the pass through to make sure. Thanks for the reply.

Found the vacuum line from the pressure regulator...

Found the vacuum line from the pressure regulator to the port under the rails not on all the way. Did not see or smell gas in the line. Exhaust started glowing again after running it for a bit.

EDIT: I changed out the optispark, double checked all plugs and wires, and now I'm getting a glowing catalytic converter on the right side.
