NCM here. $238. a year. Full coverage, 3000 miles a year, agreed value. Love it. The 3000 rolls over if you don't use it all. Can't be your primary driver and has to be garaged.

If I remember correctly you don't need the tool. I think I just pushed in the tabs with my fingers since I couldn't get the tool up in there. I could be wrong since I own several cars that I work on....
