If it was tuned on 100% meth then that is what you must stock with. diluting it with water will not fix the issue you think you are having and will effect the tune.

To end up with that same amount of blower rpm with an 8.0" crank pulley you would need to be in the 2.50-2.45 blower pulley range on the 2650. That will require an 11 or 12 rib setup to not have belt...

These will make some power but I doubt there will we a housing that will work with that rotor pack and fit under a C6 ZR1 hood. The 2650 rotor pack is about as big as you can go within those...

Or just replace the in tank pump with an ethanol rated 450lph and run full E85 without issues provided you have enough injector and keep up on cleaning

Sure good to go. Just let LTFT and knock sensors do it all on an engine with non stock parts, raised compression and marginal fuel quality. No difference.

Not to mention with additional info...
