Dash light/DIC issue

2016 ZO6...started car yesterday...dash lights/dic did not come on. Car runs ok but no lights. I turned the off and restarted it...when I restarted it, all was ok.

I now have 8,100 miles on my 2016 ZO6....of that mileage total, 7,000 miles came from a trip from Florida to California and back.

Took a good look at my tires yesterday and am quite disappointed...
