No typo. The ones on ebay under $200 are made in china. There are 1 or 2 on there for around $300 that appear to be NOS - I would grab them while you can!

you bought the right ones, just soak them in...

you bought the right ones, just soak them in water for 20 minutes to 1/2 an hour before you put them on - works like a charm! one other small detail that i think is important - use a torque wrench...
