DZAuto,, I also looked into the 59 Factory set up. It looks like you can buy the weld on brackets thru Corvette Central and the struts. Is that lower strut factory 59?

I had a 59 for a few months...

4 link suspension for my 58

Anyone know a good fit for adding 4 link suspension to my 58. Need some more traction and wanted to see if there was a Bolt on app or somthing without too many mods.

I have 6" on the front and 8" on the back of my 58 and the same on my 59. Both fit well.
bought them at Summit for 139.00 each.

Thought I found the correct wiper arms for the 58 but can’t find any facts.
The ones I just got fit perfect but have a ball shaped button on the arm to release the arm from the shaft.

Just put Cragar 8" on the back of my 58 and on the back of my 59 and they clear the leaf springs by about 3/4 of an inch.
I think they were 4 1/2 backspace.
What ever the stock size was thru Summit

Just bought a 59 on Monday and noticed a couple studs sticking out of the frame in front of the motor. Had my suspicions but after talking with a good friend we agreed that this car had a Big Block...
