Fixed!

I got underneath the dash panel as described and looked at the top of the peddle and I found that the brake switch in normal position wasn't be pressed and had about an 1/8" gap therefore not...

ISSUE RESOLVED!

After replacing the master clutch cylinder and rebleeding the clutch system, I am now able to shift gears when the car is running. Thanks for everyone's suggestios and help on...

Replaced the clutch slave cylinder and re-bleed the system again and still no luck. Looking at getting the mater replaced and then I'll re-bleed again to see if that does it. The issue...
