The voltages of .00x VDC are quite normal between Posts. It sounds like you did much change out and testing. Perhaps you may want to put a DC AMPROBE
around the ALTERNATOR wire and check for CURRENT...

I have been looking at comp ultra gold 19024-16. They certainly look stronger than yella terra. All i need to know if the trick flow heads will be a problem. I think not but i want to be sure....

Found the problem. YELLA TERRA ROCKER FAILURE. The EXHAUST ROCKER FAILED AS THE PUSH ROD PUNCHED THRU THE TOP OF THE ROCKER., EXPLAINS ALL THE NOISE.

lights. You could find out quickly if you had a SCAN TOOL to diagnose.
