thanks - so far I've been drilling it out - the ez out didn't seem to have much effect - drilled/bored it out enough I think - I'll re-tap - don't think I'll have to use a heli-coil - yet. . . :skep:

I'd adjust your timing w/out vaccuum advance hooked up - might require you to reposistion your distributor some - stock rpm at idle shouldn't be much more that 700rpm i'd think - -hth
