I removed my front corner lights, shook out as...

I removed my front corner lights, shook out as much of the multiple broken bulbs as I could, and scrubbed the inside with soap & water.

I also replaced the A/C idler and tensioner pulleys.

I agree - the head unit losing 12V is not going to cause a catastrophic failure anywhere in the vehicle. That is unless you go :willy: crazy with no radio.

The idler pulley (what the OP is referring to) and the tensioner pulley (what you are referring to) are two different pulleys.
