I was under the impression regular vettes with the 2.59 rear end will NOT shift overdrive at WOT. If the car has G92 axle with 3.07 gears, it will shift 4th at full throttle.

Update -

Went to the track Wednesday night, right off the street it went 13.20 @ 106.1mph with a 2.0 sixty foot. Best MPH that night was 107.3, so all in all i'm pretty happy.
