93 auto black rose for sale

Code 16

what would code 16 point to? The opti isnt that old, and it dies after it warms up. Every time it dies i get code 16. Please help before i go nuts!

Sorry guys its been a few weeks, but the lastest is i put on a different opti and new fuel pump and filter and its still dying after it warms up and u nail the gas....someone plz help me, thanks guys.

Yea i am thinking its a fuel issue too, but i am not sure and its drivin me nuts... Its has a brand new coil and ICM. But i thought the fuel pump would just die i didnt know it would slowly stop...

ok i need your guys HELP AGAIN!

Ok to make a long story short I replaced the ICM because the car would die and not restart till it cooled off. When i replaced the ICM i thought I had the issue resolved. Now when it warms up it dies...

thanks guys ........a few more questions, i looked and found it bolted to the front of the head on passenger side. Is it held on with 2 bolts? Also where do u put the paste?
