Miss those twins

I had the sts kit, twin Gt32s and once I bumped up the PSI it really felt good and then I made the mistake of going to the Ysi. Nothing worse than having to roll race every time.

Back in the day I had my built ls2 403 FI ironblock setup bust a valve tip off. It did damage the walls of the cylinder. Should I sleeve it and reinstall a matching Weisco piston OR
hone/bore out...

Back in the day I spent good money for a forged Ls ironblock 403. I'm supposed to have a dragonslayer crank, weisco pistons.and I forgot what rods. Anyway the engine didn't make it 50 miles before...

Taylor over at Dallas Performance came up with a trick ass setup years ago to control boost by gear on a supercharged setup. I almost went that route on my Ysi setup but ended up popping a valve...

if it was me....I would go Turbo with a great boost by gear setup. I've been down both roads and the Ysi, although very fun, was useless in 1st, 2nd and 3rd gears. yep it was fun showing people...

This is exactly why I never attempted to sell my Z. I got it to 840 rwhp with allot of money but saw there is a very small market of buyers for our stuff and once it blew up.... I just sold off some...

If you want to run in the 9's....get with josh over at Resurrection. Single turbo and proven. I believe the cost will be less than $7k installed. I've had both setups and the supercharger route...
