Thanks for all the input. Will try and get out there Tuesday or Wednesday and give it a look. If all the parts are in boxes and mostly salvageable and its not a completely rusted I might be tempted....

Question 1: Vent door on interior firewall is open a few inches. AC/Heater controls were all off when I started interior tear down. Shouldn't this door be closed when climate control is not in use?...
