most new cars won't let you free rev them in neutral to help keep warranty costs down. not much is worse for an engine.

Since they were the same price when I was looking at both I went C6ZR1, if the C7Z was about 15k cheaper, which they will be, I would choose that, but C6ZR1 IMO are going to hold better or go up.

Call me crazy but there's a substantial difference going to 3LZ on the C8 vs the C6 or C7. My C6ZR1 is 3LZ and it doesn't really seem like a big difference as far as the leather dash/door/etc.

Of course they do. Sure if they buy a 50k dollar car the 10k engine in it isn't as big of a concern as it is to the guy making payments on the same car but a 500k car has a 100k dollar engine in it...
