I have a brand new Rocky Mountain Radar model DLS310, which has a built in radar detector and laser scrambler.

This device is FCC approved and even stamped on the bottom, legal in every state...

If he is not able to take advantage of the $1000 loyalty rebate, then this price would put him within $300 of the deal you were offering on the 03 Yellow Z06. That is less then a 1% difference...
