i just attached the new wires to the old wires...

i just attached the new wires to the old wires and pulled them thru the bottom shields on the block.

anyone ever put a heat shield in the tappet chamber to keep the hot oil off of the base plate ?? these are available from most speed shops and use to keep hot oil off of the bottom of the intake...
