No, i don't see a drop in the RPM's with AC on. THe weird thing is it doesn't miss when the engine is cold, only when it's at temp.:crazy2:

My 91 is always in the garage and NOT in any type of bad weather. I haven't "Waxed" for 2 years. Wax is PROTECTION.........the sprays are for show with no protection. I'm lazy......but HAPPY!...

It's a small valve on top behind the plenum. It has 3 (2 very small) hose lines connected. The entire valve is only about 2 inches long.

I'm sorry to say, really don't know. It sounds like there is surging going on. The cabin air is unuserely HOT. I don't hear any cycling sound.
