Replaced motor, svc elec and engine misfire. Can a starter be a culprit?

I thought I heard a crack when I replaced the starter and just want to rule the starter out as I have already spent a 1/2 day chasing/cleaning grounds.
Also, the voltage does jump around.

I will have to find #10 (front of motor) in the am as I didn't see it when I was under. Also, I have not found 402 after 20min or so of looking. Is this the same for a 07Z?

I am having a svc. elec light on my 07z after a motor install (along with bad misfire). I am chasing grounds but am just finding most of the schematics online are for c5's.

built motor, ysi, ported heads/intake. Is buying a throttle body worth it?
