IIRC you have 38mm porting probably all cnc and a 4" crankshaft. That motor is moving a lot of air. There is a Callaway with a fully ported 402 with 4" crankshaft that put down ~560 whp and ab ~480...

You would be better off using a '96 LT4 factory exhaust with 2 3/4" piping and replace the resonator with an x pipe

Napa usually has it on sale for $7 a quart.

My car is not stock.....if yours is then Mobil 1 5w30 or 10w30 high mileage would...
