Yes, they will be. If you can't spin the push rods and wiggle the rocker arms then you've gone too tight.

You should be able to move the throttle blade fairly easily with a finger when the car is off or it's disconnected. It not moving would indicate the throttle body has an issue.

You resurface the flywheel and put a new disk and pressure plate in to fix it. Pilot and release bearings too.
