If you fine the vacuum hose, may be a white hose coming out of the firewall, it should be plugged now otherwise it causes a vacuum leak and other things don't work as well. Plug it if it is open...

The Fan is not comng on with the A/C like it should. I found the connector where the fan goes into the shroud up front and applied 12volts and the fan does work. The relay also works but no 12...

They work with the headlight stalk turned but the new timer unit...

On the electrical diagram the hatch switches run in series with the door ajar switch so door ajar switch needs to show closed (Door Open) for the hatch to open. So they are directly related.
