would suggest for a daily driver,... especially with 243s or better.

LS3 can work reportedly, with a tuning wizard who knows the right tricks.
More than 1 thread on topic with a search.
I would just do the LS2,
Much Easier.

The Dex 6 is a low viscosity ATF I would NOT use in M6....
