use ZIP all the time,

It sounds like either the oxygen sensor or fuel pressure.

No it's not,there's a rod that runs from the turn signal lever,down the steering column and fits into the cup of the hi/lo switch.

I take it your temp sender is on the block between 1&3 spark plug.

fiberglass keeps its shape but cracks easily.

Urathane more forgiving with small parking dings but loose's shape over a period of time.

This is what I used on my 350 which has camel hump heads.

Fits like a glove and have no issues with the alternator or hood.
