Go with the dremel it's safe within a short period of time. I used the dremel with the cutting blade as well on my 68 this spring. You will go thru a few blades but they're inexpensive.

Edlebrock torker 2 is the only aftermarket intake that will give me the hood clearance on the BB hood (not the L88). I have reservations with the torker 2 since the power band starts at 2500 rpm.

I was advised to stay away with multi carb system because of set up and maintenance. I was initally looking at the edlebrock package with the 2 carbs. More then likely a 750 will go in.
