Nope, I'm an AGR and have been since 1996. I left the GA ANG in 2014 and now I'm on a Title 10 stat tour at Shaw AFB, SC as the ANG Advisor to COMUSAFCENT and 9 AF. Two years till retirement.

I saw that but there are strings attached. You apply to VW for the "goodwill" package and once received you have to take your car to a dealer and provide proof of ownership prior to them...

The poor decision I made was one of practicality. I needed utility to drive from SC to GA every weekend but still wanted performance. I also needed room to carry 100 lbs of stupid (our yellow Lab)....

The temp from your phone app is an reading from an actual weather station, most likely the National Weather Service. The reading from your C7 is from the car itself which is probably parked on...

Driving shoes allow better "feel" of the pedals and have less sole on the bottom. They will definitely help with heel/toe downshifting.
