FYI, I was able to resolve my issue by changing back to "mobile site" in settings on my tablet. I don't care for the mobile format but it is what it is, I guess.

I can access just fine on my outdated Win7 PC but...

I can access just fine on my outdated Win7 PC but my Android tablet gets refreshing the verify screen (both Chrome and Samsung browser).

On your browser settings check to make sure "desktop site" is checked. I had same problem today and that fixed it.
