Industrial Plating here in Omaha did all of mine and their plater once told me they did more Harley stuff than anything else.

A bigger issue for me is the wheel being too close even with the tele all the way in.
The 2" cut in the column that also came in '77...

I don't think it's ugly & I prefer the smaller diameter & thicker grip than previous steering wheels.

I just wish the '77 leather wheel had come one year earlier...

The PF35 was a longer version of the PF25. It was known as the "truck" filter because that's what they mostly came on.
I've always used the 35/1218...
