Yes, the accessory belt is in the same place. The balancers are made to make up that difference. You'll put on a wet sump balancer, and then our spacer, and then finally the balancer bolt

There is no difference, it is a part number...

There is no difference, it is a part number change with GM. 84857318 is the old number that will go away, whileas 85001066 is the new replacement part number.
