I finally got ahold of Eric and did get a full...

I finally got ahold of Eric and did get a full refund to my paypal account around 9ish tonight.:woohoo: He says the engine is still on its way. If it shows up I will send him the money back.

Anybody deal with this guy? He has my money and will not return emails or phone calls. He gave me every excuse in the book. Told me engine was damaged worse than expected, refunded partial $$...

Looking for a used ls7 piston in good shape. Bought some rods and pistons off of here and one of the pistons got damaged in shipping.

Most likely cause is warped/bent springs on pressure plate causing slave cylinder to not release all the way. I changed one out today for the same problem.

Smear a glob of silicone sealant on both sides of the belt, then start the car up and let it run for a minute or two and it will be gone. Done this many many times.

If it were me I would pull the valve covers and...

If it were me I would pull the valve covers and check that first. Also a compression test would show the problem. I have had to pull heads on vettes and install new valves thanks to broke valve...

I would check for bad springs on the intake valves. Does it sound like a back fire in the intake. If the intake valve springs are week or broke the exhaust will go wherever it pleases usually right...
