Tight Dowel Pins

I had this problem replacing my last 92 WP.

One of the dowel pins was extremely tight.

I relieved the area around the casting (broke) to help relieve the tight pin.

The WPs are usually not...

Try stomping on the accelerator pedal 10 times to the floor with the engine off. This may free up a stuck TB valve. Worked for me once. Afterwards get your trans flushed and filter changed.

Besides removing/disconnecting the hood strut. Try removing the headlamp assemblies completely and this should give you great access to the mounting hinges.

With the unlatched hood laying...

Spark Plug Electrode Condition?

Pull one of your plugs and check the center electrode for wear/erosion/correct gap.

Might also help to compare to a new plug.

Looking for 1 complete Grey Standard Seat (Top/Bottom Cushions) in good condition (no rips, tears, wear). Will consider a pair/also recently reupholstered set.
