I have a composite spring from VBP and the pads on top and below the spring have deteriorated and broke apart. Seems like it could potentially lead to a dangerous situation if unnoticed?

I have the same "problem" but I have been told here on the forum that the parking brakes on these cars never worked very well so I dont sweat it. Just be careful where you park!
