Really doesn't matter which site you choose, I think one thing sells cars....and that is pricing it correctly. A lot of dealers are offering huge discounts on new 2016's, so the used market is tough...

Illinois did away with the tax credit for trade allowance this year, so the dealers are losing the hidden value that was once 8.5%. Totally stinks.

Isn't that why you have auto insurance coverage? Have your agent verify the paperwork and you should be automatically covered. Guy is probably just trying to avoid paying sales tax on the purchase...
