Agreed - and this is what we did even to the ACI L88 - we stretched/smoothed/filled and flowed them even softer of a radius than they were from the standard install.

I've been doing flares...since my buddy Dave (TZ racer) talked me into it while building my original 69 aka "KILLER" - that later became Kaos and went to CIC for a re-do a number of years ago...

Yep...I'd plan on hitting a different dyno or dyno shop in the future though because having the car shift gears as well as not have the converter locked means you got totally unreliable...

The system will be here Monday so I'll pull some measurements. May have it sold if we don't decide to use it for anything, but need to check it all out before we do that.
