I had alot of trouble with my 90 2 years ago. It would stumble under almost any attempt at acceleration, but it idled perfect. Similar to what you described, sometimes the problem would go away...

Cautiously optimistic....

I put some jumper wires between the TPS and the harness so I could test the voltage. I don't remember what the #s were exactly but the were not what you guys or the Haynes manual said they should...
