I'm currently in the middle of swapping the TH350 for a 700R4 in my 1980 and it's all in except for the trans cooler lines. Both flare nuts are stripped so they need to be replaced and the lines...

It's leaking where it's clamped to the pump. The brass fitting must have cut it from the inside. I installed it 2 years ago and it just started leaking. Did I do something wrong? Is the clamp too...

Could be ignition. I had a similar problem and it turned out to be a bad ignition coil. I would flake out when it got hot and cause a backfire through the carb.

When I bought my Vette it was a rolling environmental hazard! It leaked every fluid possible. I've fixed/rebuilt every part and guess what, it still leaks! :cry It's the paradox that drives us...
