Stock system no changes! Powerful hum and engine whine!

2005 with complete stock audio with nav. Have developed a loud whine and hum out of the front right door speaker. Even when I turn the car off, until I open door. Intermittent after hitting bumps....

Heard lots of complaints from the MVI. We stayed at the Microtel, very clean and nice. About 1/2 mile away. Think it was $90 a night.
