Stock system no changes! Powerful hum and engine whine!

2005 with complete stock audio with nav. Have developed a loud whine and hum out of the front right door speaker. Even when I turn the car off, until I open door. Intermittent after hitting bumps....

Hotel!

Heard lots of complaints from the MVI. We stayed at the Microtel, very clean and nice. About 1/2 mile away. Think it was $90 a night.

If I shim the end gear to the proper tollerance then it will actually raise the magnetic ring higher from the sensor, Correct? If it does, do you use small washers under the rotor to get it back...
