77 insturment cluster

Anyone know where to get the little speed nuts that mount the instrument cluster circuit board to the gauges on a 77? I am coming up with nothing in my searches.

77 Wiper Washer bottle

anyone know if there is supposed to be a seal of some kind between the washer bottle and the filler neck? I just bought a new bottle and is seems like it will just leak out at the connection.

Steering Column Rebuilders

Who is the most reliable steering column rebuilder. The more I search, the more I am skeptical. I can't figure out what is actually wrong with it. the shaft moves around. the column is stable.
